Rental Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all rentals and equipment hired from Golden Shore Party Rentals. By booking with us, you agree to comply with the policies outlined below to ensure a safe and successful event.
Rental Eligibility & Booking
Who Can Book
- Rentals must be booked by adults aged 18 years or older with a valid government-issued ID.
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete event details, including delivery location, surface type, and contact information.
Booking Process
To secure your rental, simply browse our inventory of high-quality inflatables, select your desired equipment, choose your event date, and submit your booking request through our online system.
Payments
A reservation deposit is required to secure your event date and rental equipment. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule shown in your booking confirmation. Customers may pay their remaining balance online or in person using an accepted payment method. A reservation is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
Supervision Requirements
A responsible adult (18 years or older) must be present to supervise the equipment at all times. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring guests follow all safety rules and for monitoring the number of participants using the equipment and their physical spacing.
Safe Use of Inflatables
To prevent injuries, specific rules apply to all inflatable rentals: no shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, or sharp objects inside the equipment. Flips, wrestling, and rough play are strictly prohibited. Participants should be grouped by similar size to avoid collisions.
Setup-Area Requirements
The setup area must be a flat, clear space free of overhead obstructions, utility lines, and underground hazards. We are able to set up on grass, dirt, asphalt, or concrete. Please ensure the area is clear of rocks, pet waste, and debris prior to our team's arrival.
Weather & Safety
Equipment must not be used in unsafe conditions, including high winds or heavy rain. In the event of sudden inclement weather, users must immediately evacuate the equipment and turn off the blowers if directed. Golden Shore reserves the right to cancel setups if safety thresholds are met.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for following all posted rules and professional instructions provided during setup. Failure to enforce safety policies may result in the immediate termination of the rental without refund to protect the well-being of all guests.
Cancellations & Refunds
At Golden Shore Party Rentals, safety is our primary concern. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we prioritize customer safety above all else. Please note that all cancellations and rescheduling requests follow the specific policies outlined in your booking confirmation and on our FAQ page. We strongly encourage customers to review these details thoroughly before finalizing a booking.
Liability & Damages
Supervision & Use
Customers are solely responsible for the constant adult supervision of all guests using the rented equipment. Equipment must be used strictly as intended and according to all safety rules provided. Any misuse or failure to follow instructions significantly increases the risk of injury.
Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, customers assume the risks associated with the use of rental equipment and agree to follow all safety instructions and posted rules. Golden Shore Party Rentals will exercise reasonable care in providing and setting up equipment, but cannot be responsible for injuries or damages resulting from misuse, lack of supervision, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
Damages & Repairs
Customers may be held responsible for costs related to the repair or replacement of equipment if it is damaged, lost, or stolen due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications. We expect all equipment to be returned in the same professional condition in which it was delivered.
