What surfaces can you set up on?
We set up on grass, dirt, asphalt, or concrete. We cannot set up on gravel or steep slopes for safety reasons.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance, especially for popular summer weekends and holidays.
Are your bounce houses cleaned?
Absolutely. Every rental is deep-cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before and after each single use.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation timing and deposit eligibility are detailed in our Cancellation Policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
Do you deliver in the rain?
For safety, we cannot set up in high winds or rain. We will work with you to reschedule if weather permits.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a small deposit is required to secure your date. The balance is due upon delivery.
